H-H-R / Stilson
Immediately north and west of the unincorporated town of Wilson, exists two developments resulting from the mid-1990’s development of former ranch land. The recent subdivision date of this land has contributed to a uniformity of home quality and age (while not sacrificing a desirable variance in architectural expression) that has been well received by market participants. Lots in Stilson Ranch range between one and almost three acres and are slightly smaller than the lots in H-H-R Ranches, which can exceed 11 acres, but more typically range from 5-7 acres. Homes range from good quality Stilson residences of 2,500 square feet with price points between $1,000,000 and $2,000,000, to luxury residences approaching 5,000 square feet and price points in excess of $4,000,000.
