River Meadows
Located approximately 5 miles south of the center of Wilson and touting thick timber stands as well as recently paved roads, some would argue that River Meadows offers the perfect mix of “country” and “refinement.” Most lots in River Meadows range between .5 to 1 acre in size and are accessed by a system of five “spur” roads that fan out to provide protective buffers which ensure the seclusion of River Meadows residents. The River Meadow development is bordered on two sides by the Bridger Teton National Forest which can be accessed directly by private easements that provide inexhaustible recreational opportunities for River Meadows residents. Homes in this area typically range from 2,000 to 4,500 square feet in size and often range in value between $1,000,000 and $2,000,000. River meadows also extends to the east side of Fall Creek Road, where lots near the area referred to as “picnic point” provide superior views of the Snake River and Teton Range and, as would be expected, command premium prices.
