Bar B Bar East
Those familiar with the North of Town Market Area will recognize the Bar B Bar name from its association with the multi-million dollar homesites that resulted from the subdivision of the Snake River-fronting portion of this ranch. The eastern portion of the Bar B Bar ranch was also subdivided, creating lots ranging in size from 1 to 17 acres that take advantage of the views afforded to the “upper bench” portion of the ranch. Great care was taken in the planning and layout of this development to ensure that all of its homesites are proximal to view-preserving common area, much of which has been designated as a protected migration corridor to facilitate the safe arrival of the Yellowstone and Grand Teton National Park elk herds to the National Elk Refuge (located approximately one-half mile to the east of this development). Being a more recently developed subdivision, homes in Bar B Bar (East) are consistently exemplary of current architectural lines and high quality finishes, and typically range in size from 2,800 to 4,800 square feet.
