Heading south from Highway 22, the land on the west side of Fall Creek Road gain elevation quickly as it becomes the foothills for the Teton Range. As a result, homesites in this area typically have very good elevated views to mountains or over Snake River riparian land, although protective vegetation may filter these views. Homesites most frequently range from 3-6 acres, with recently built improvements most often ranging from 2,000 to 3,500 square feet and enjoying the excellent seclusion that heavily timbered lots provide. Some of the earlier-built homes in this area are smaller (1,400 – 2,000 sf) and can provide some of the more affordable living opportunities in this area (less than $1,000,000). However, most living opportunities will be in excess of $1,000,000 in this area.
