Todd is an Associate Broker licensed in both Idaho and Wyoming and has been consulting buyers and sellers in their real estate decisions since 2005. Todd has a background in residential construction as well as property valuation as a licensed appraiser which adds value to his client relationships. Todd has seen thousands of homes in the Jackson Hole area and has studied the local real estate market intricately which allows him to share a unique perspective that is different than the typical real estate agent. He understands that there are nuances to unique mountain town real estate markets and enjoys helping his clients navigate the tricky terrain of the Jackson Hole real estate market. With that said, it is no secret that some people move to Jackson in an effort to change their lifestyle and to find a local community that they can be intrinsically a part of. Todd understands that and recognizes that as a Realtor here in the Jackson area, he is not just finding a property but, in a way, he is also helping to find a new way of life for some of his clients. Todd enjoys the process of helping his clients to not only find the most suitable property to meet their real estate objectives but to find the right property to meet their lifestyle goals also.
Todd is honored to be an elected member of the Teton County MLS Board where he served as president from 2019 to 2021. Todd lives in Jackson with his wife and three children and he enjoys all of the recreation opportunities in the Jackson Hole area particularly hunting, golfing, skiing, fishing as well as coaching and playing hockey.
