Teton Pines – Willowbrook
Teton Pines provided the first country-club setting on the West Bank in 1987 when construction was completed on an Arnold Palmer-designed golf course that has since been designated as an Audubon sanctuary and was ranked by Conde Nast Traveler in 2004 as one of the Top 100 golf courses in North America & the Caribbean. Estate lots in Teton Pines are 1-2 acres in size and have been developed with luxury homes ranging from 3,000 to 8,000 square feet with values ranging into mid-to-high seven figures. Townhome living exists for those who prefer greater proximity to the clubhouse and pool, with a popular housing style between these two options being Teton Pines Cluster Homes, which are uniformly designed 2,000 – 5,000 free-standing homes surrounded by landscaped areas that are maintained by a common homeowners association. In addition to golf, Teton Pines is host to the area’s largest year round tennis facility that has boasts six hard courts and two clay courts, five of which are covered for winter play. Winter recreationalists enjoy the proximity of Teton Pines to world class skiing at the Jackson Hole Mountain Resort, as well as Teton Pines Cross Country Ski Center, which makes winter use of the golf course by setting miles of groomed Nordic trails (both classic and skate skiing). Directly south of Teton Pines is the development of Willowbrook, a 28-lot subdivision with an average lot size of just over 3 acres. While not a part of Teton Pines, this subdivision was created in 1989 by the same entity that developed Teton Pines and is ideal for those who may prefer to live proximal to a golf course, but on slightly more acreage.
