Under construction, this 70'x70' hangar is one of two being offered for sale and estimated to be completed in October, 2024. The ''Higher Power'' door opening measures 61' wide x 16' high. This hangar will have an insulated floor with in-floor hydronic tubing (boiler not included) & propane forced air furnace. The infrastructure is designed and built to accommodate a future office up to 1,250 total sq. ft. Each hangar has it's own dedicated septic system and there is a community well shared by 3 hangars.
